Weather Update: कश्मीर में शून्य से नीचे पारा, उत्तर भारत में समय से पहले आ सकती है ठंड

नयी दिल्ली. जम्मू कश्मीर में रात के समय तापमान शून्य के नीचे बना हुआ है और श्रीनगर में रविवार देर रात पारा शून्य डिग्री सेल्सियस के आसपास दर्ज किया गया. मौसम विभाग के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि कश्मीर के कई इलाकों में सोमवार सुबह कोहरे की परत छायी रही और पारा शून्य डिग्री सेल्सियस से नीचे चला गया. श्रीनगर में तापमान शून्य डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया. एक दिन पहले तापमान शून्य से 0.9 डिग्री सेल्सियस कम दर्ज किया गया था. मौसम विभाग का पूर्वानुमान (IMD forecast) है कि उत्तर भारत में समय से पहले ही ठंड आ सकती है. वहीं दक्षिण भारत के कई केरल समेत कई इलाकों में भारी बारिश और जलजमाव की खबरें हैं. केरल में बारिश के कारण हुए हादसों में तीन लोगों की मौत हो गई. वहीं पूर्वी भारत में भी बारिश हुई है.
अधिकारियों ने बताया कि पहलगाम में तापमान शून्य से चार डिग्री सेल्सियस नीचे दर्ज किया गया, जोकि पूरे कश्मीर में सबसे ठंडा रहा. वहीं, उत्तरी कश्मीर के बारामूला जिले के गुलमर्ग में न्यूनतम तापमान शून्य से 1.6 डिग्री सेल्सियस कम रहा जबकि कुपवाड़ा में भी तापमान शून्य से 1.6 डिग्री सेल्सियस कम रहा. उन्होंने बताया कि घाटी के काजीगुंड में न्यूनतम तापमान शून्य से 1.2 डिग्री सेल्सियस नीचे रहा. कश्मीर में कड़ाके की ठंड का मौसम अपने निर्धारित समय से पहले ही शुरू हो गया है, जोकि आमतौर पर दिसंबर के तीसरे सप्ताह से शुरू होता है. कश्मीर में कड़ाके की ठंड से भरे 40 दिन की अवधि वाला ‘चिल्लई कलां’ हर साल 21 दिसंबर से शुरू होता है. वहीं, राजस्थान में जयपुर मौसम कार्यालय ने आगामी कुछ दिनों में राज्य के विशेषकर दक्षिण पूर्वी हिस्सों में कहीं-कहीं बारिश होने का अनुमान व्यक्त किया है. बीते चौबीस घंटे में सबसे कम न्यूतनतम तापमान चित्तौड़गढ़ में 7.5 डिग्री सेल्यिसस दर्ज किया गया. वहीं, चुरू में 7.6 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया. आगामी 48 घंटे में तापमान में अधिक बदलाव होने की संभावना नहीं है.

दक्षिण भारत के हिस्सों में सोमवार को भारी बारिश हुई, जिसकी वजह से तीन लोगों की मौत हो गई और केरल में व्यापक स्तर पर संपत्ति का नुकसान हुआ. भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग ने बताया कि पश्चिम बंगाल के गांगेय क्षेत्र, अंडमान-निकोबार द्वीपसमूह, तटीय कर्नाटक, ओडिशा, तटीय आंध्र प्रदेश, तमिलनाडु, पुडुचेरी और कराईकल के कई स्थानों पर बारिश या गरज के साथ छींटे पड़े. मौसम कार्यालय ने एक बुलेटिन में बताया कि नगालैंड, मणिपुर, मिजोरम, त्रिपुरा, तेलंगाना, महाराष्ट्र, गोवा और लक्षद्वीप में भी बारिश हुई. दिल्ली की वायु गुणवत्ता सोमवार को भी ‘बहुत खराब’ श्रेणी में रही और अगले तीन दिन तक इसमें सुधार की कोई संभावना नहीं है. दिल्ली के प्रदूषण में पराली जलाने की हिस्सेदारी सोमवार को 10 प्रतिशत रही, जो दिवाली (चार नवंबर) के बाद सबसे कम है. दिल्ली में एक नवंबर से 15 नवंबर के बीच पीएम 2.5 प्रदूषण में पराली का औसतन योगदान लगभग 25 प्रतिशत रहा. राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में 24 घंटे का औसत वायु गुणवत्ता सूचकांक शाम चार बजे 353 रहा. अधिकतम तापमान 26.4 डिग्री सेल्सियस जबकि न्यूनतम तापमान 10.3 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया. पृथ्वी विज्ञान मंत्रालय की पूर्वानुमान एजेंसी ‘सफर’ ने कहा है कि मंगलवार को हवा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार की संभावना नहीं है क्योंकि हवा की गति बढ़ने से दिल्ली में पराली जलाने से संबंधित प्रदूषक तत्व अधिक पहुंच रहे हैं.

केरल के कुछ हिस्सों में सोमवार को भारी बारिश जारी रही जिससे तिरुवनंतपुरम, कोल्लम और कोट्टायम जिले प्रभावित हुए हैं. वर्षाजनित हादसों में तीन व्यक्तियों की मौत हो गई और संपत्ति को व्यापक नुकसान हुआ. भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग ने केरल के एर्णाकुलम, इडुक्की, त्रिशूर, कोझिकोड, कन्नूर और कासरगोड जिलों के लिए सोमवार को ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया है. मौसम विभाग के अनुसार, केरल में 1 से 15 अक्टूबर की अवधि के दौरान 833.8 मिमी बारिश हुई है, जबकि सामान्य औसत वर्षा 407.2 मिमी रहती है. इस अवधि के दौरान पत्तनमथिट्टा जिले में 194 प्रतिशत अतिरिक्त बारिश हुई, इसके बाद कन्नूर, कासरगोड, कोझिकोड जिलों में 127, 116 और 111 प्रतिशत अधिक बारिश हुई.
रविवार को कोल्लम जिले के पूर्वी हिस्से में भारी बारिश हुई और पुनालुर स्थित मौसम केंद्र ने पिछले 24 घंटे में 11.7 सेंटीमीटर बारिश दर्ज की. इसके परिणामस्वरूप इस क्षेत्र में प्रमुख नदियों और नालों में पानी भर गया. इससे पत्तनमथिट्टा और कोल्लम जिले के क्षेत्र प्रभावित हुए. राज्य में कई विश्वविद्यालयों ने लगातार बारिश के कारण सोमवार और मंगलवार को होने वाली परीक्षाओं को स्थगित कर दिया है, जबकि सात दक्षिण मध्य जिलों के कलेक्टरों ने सोमवार को पेशेवर कॉलेजों सहित सभी शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में अवकाश घोषित कर दिया है. आईएमडी ने कहा, ‘पूर्व मध्य और कर्नाटक से सटे दक्षिण-पूर्व अरब सागर, उत्तरी केरल के तटों पर मध्य क्षोभमंडल स्तर तक फैला चक्रवाती परिसंचरण जारी है.’ अधिकारियों ने मछुआरों को समुद्र में न उतरने की चेतावनी भी दी, क्योंकि केरल तट पर 40-50 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे से 60 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार तक तेज हवा चलने की संभावना है.
