Covid-19 in Uttarakhand : यूपी से देहरादून लौटे 11 IFS अफसर पॉज़िटिव, FRI ने पर्यटकों की एंट्री रोकी

देहरादून. उत्तराखंड की राजधानी में स्थित फॉरेस्ट रिसर्च इंस्टिट्यूट ने पर्यटकों और स्थानीय वर्करों की एंट्री पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है क्योंकि इंदिरा गांधी नेशनल फॉरेस्ट अकादमी से ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम के लिए लखनऊ गए भारतीय वन सेवा के 48 अधिकारियों में से 11 कोरोना पॉज़िटिव पाए गए थे, जिनकी हालत स्थिर बनी हुई है. मिड करियर ट्रेनिंग के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश गए ये अधिकारी जब देहरादून लौटे, तब इनमें से 8 वापसी के वक्त दिल्ली में पॉज़िटिव पाए गए थे और अन्य तीन देहरादून लोटने पर संक्रमित मिले. हालांकि अब उत्तराखंड स्वास्थ्य विभाग का कहना है कि ये सभी ठीक तरह से रिकवर हो रहे हैं और इन्हें पहले ही आइसोलेट किया जा चुका है.
एफआरआई के डायरेक्टर अरुण सिंह रावत के हवाले से एएनआई ने बताया कि अकादमी के कैंपस में संक्रमितों के आइसोलेशन के चलते लोगों की एंट्री बंद कर दी गई है. वहीं, ज़िला सर्विलांस अधिकारी राजीव कुमार बिष्ट के हवाले से पीटीआई की खबर में कहा गया कि पहले 8 अधिकारी दिल्ली में 19 नवंबर को पॉज़िटिव मिले थे और उसके बाद 24 नवंबर को 3 देहरादून में. अकादमी के उस पुराने हॉस्टल में संक्रमित अधिकारियों को आइसोलेट किया गया, जिसे अब कंटेनमेंट ज़ोन बना दिया गया है. वहीं, स्वास्थ्य विभाग के ने बताया कि सभी संक्रमित आईएफएस अफसर वैक्सीन के दोनों डोज़ ले चुके हैं और उनमें मामूली लक्षण ही दिखे हैं.
तीन दर्जन अफसरों के टेस्ट भी हुए
सावधानी के लिहाज़ से बाकी आईएफएस अफसरों के भी कोविड टेस्ट करवाए गए हैं, जो संक्रमितों के साथ ट्रेनिंग के लिए लखनऊ गए थे. सीएमओ मनोज उपरेती के हवाले से खबरों में कहा गया कि देहरादून में फिलहाल दो कंटेनमेंट ज़ोन हैं और संक्रमण आगे न फैले, इसके लिए तमाम सावधानियां व उपाय किए जा रहे हैं. सीएमओ समेत तमाम स्वास्थ्य अधिकारियों का कहना है कि थर्ड वेव के खतरे से बचने के लिए अभी मास्क लगाने और सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग जैसे नियमों का पालन करना ज़रूरी है.
गौरतलब है कि जिस समूह के अधिकारियों में कोरोना संक्रमण मिला, वो लखनऊ से दिल्ली होते हुए देहरादून लौटे. यह घटना तब हुई है, जब कुछ ही दिन पहले उत्तराखंड सरकार ने कोविड संबंधी तमाम प्रतिबंध और शर्तें खत्म कर दीं. पहले उत्तराखंड आने जाने वाले लोगों के लिए स्मार्ट सिटी पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन और कोरोना निगेटिव रिपोर्ट साथ रखना अनिवार्य था.
