दूध में अंजीर भिगोकर खाने से इसमें पाए जाने वाले पोषक तत्व कई गुना बढ़ जाते हैं। दूध में भिगोने से भी इसकी तासीर ठंडी हो जाती है। साथ ही साथ यह हेल्दी और पौष्टिक से भरपूर होता है। साथ ही दूध में भिगोए हुए अंजीर इम्युनिटी भी मजबूत करती है।
अंजीर से बनाएं स्मूदी
अंजीर खाने का सबसे बेस्ट तरीका यह है कि आप इसका स्मूदी बना लें। 2-3 टुकड़े अंजीर का लें और उसका स्मूदी बना लें. 2-3 घंटे अंजीर को दूध या पानी में भिगोकर रख दें और फिर इसका स्मूदी बना लें। इसे खाने से काफी ज्यादा फायदा मिलता है।
