Char Dham Yatra : बद्रीनाथ पहुंचे CM धामी, PM मोदी के केदारनाथ दौरे से पहले क्यों अहम है यह दौरा?

देहरादून. 5 नवंबर को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी केदारनाथ दौरे पर आएंगे लेकिन इससे पहले भाजपा और उत्तराखंड सरकार की तैयारियां ज़ोरों पर हैं. मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के गुरुवार को अचानक बद्रीनाथ पहुंचने को इस सिलसिले में अहम माना जा रहा है कि वो पीएम मोदी के दौरे के लिए माहौल भांपने और बनाने गए हैं. हालांकि आधिकारिक तौर पर यही कहा गया है कि धामी विशेष तौर पर पूजन अर्चन और बद्रीनाथ के दर्शन करने के लिए गए हैं लेकिन इस संक्षिप्त दौरे के सियासी मायने कई स्तरों पर निकल रहे हैं. सीएम धामी के इस दौरे को कितने संंदर्भों में देखा जाना चाहिए?
1. देवस्थानम बोर्ड का मुद्दा
हाल में, न्यूज़18 ने आपको खबर दी थी कि देवस्थानम बोर्ड एक्ट पर विचार करने को लेकर धामी ने जो कमेटी बनाई थी, उसने अपनी अंतरिम रिपोर्ट पेश कर दी है. हालांकि इस रिपोर्ट के सुझावों आदि के बारे में कोई खुलासा नहीं हुआ है, लेकिन माना जा रहा है कि इस रिपोर्ट की सिफारिशों के संबंध में और देवस्थानम बोर्ड से नाराज़ पुरोहित, पुजारियों के समुदाय को साधने के लिहाज़ से धामी का बद्रीनाथ दौरा अहम है.
2. पीएम मोदी की केदारनाथ यात्रा
अपने ड्रीम प्रोजेक्ट को देखने, पुनर्निर्माण का जायज़ा लेने और आदि शंकर की प्रतिमा के लोकार्पण के कार्यक्रम में शरीक होने के लिए 5 नवंबर को मोदी केदारनाथ पहुंच रहे हैं. उनके यहां पहुंचने से पहले 30 अक्टूबर को अमित शाह देहरादून में हज़ारों लोगों की जनसभा को संबोधित करेंगे. फिर 3 नवंबर से धामी समेत बीजेपी की पूरी फौज केदारनाथ पहुंच जाएगी. पीएम मोदी के कार्यक्रम के लिए समर्थन जुटाने और तैयारियों का जायज़ा लेने के लिहाज़ से भी धामी के बद्रीनाथ दौरे को देखा जा रहा है.

3. आपदा राहत के समय!
उत्तराखंड में अतिवृष्टि से प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में आपदा राहत कार्य चल रहे हैं और बद्रीनाथ के लिए जाने वाले कुछ रास्ते अब भी बाधित बताए जा रहे हैं. इस सिलसिले में भी धामी का यह दौरा अहम हो सकता है. हो सकता है कि धामी यहां आपदा राहत को लेकर बयान दें या जायज़ा लेने के बाद कोई घोषणा करें.
4. यात्रा खत्म होने वाली है
चार धाम यात्रा में बद्री विशाल का महत्व सर्वाधिक माना जाता है. बाकी तीन धामों के लिए यात्रा 6 नवंबर को संपन्न होगी बद्रीनाथ यात्रा 20 नवंबर को. इससे पहले यहां मौसम करवट ले चुका है और बर्फबारी शुरू हो चुकी है. मौसम और यात्रा के समापन के दिन करीब आने के कारण भी धामी इस यात्रा पर गए हैं. कहा भी यही गया है कि एक घंटे पूजन, अर्चन और दर्शन करने के बाद उनके देहरादून लौटने का ही कार्यक्रम है क्योंकि गुरुवार शाम कैबिनेट बैठक भी है.
