दिव्यांग बच्चे से कुकर्म की कोशिश के दोषी को पॉक्सो कोर्ट ने दिया 7 साल का कठोर कारावास

रुद्रपुर. चार साल पहले काशीपुर (Kashipur) में दिव्यांग बच्चे (Divyang child) से कुकर्म का प्रयास करने वाले अभियुक्त पर दोष साबित हुआ है. पॉक्सो कोर्ट ने इस मामले में दोषी को 7 साल के कठोर कारावास की सजा सुनाई है. कोर्ट ने अभियुक्त पर 25 हजार रुपये का जुर्माना भी लगाया है.
कोर्ट में पेश मामले के अनुसार, 12 सितंबर 2017 को दिव्यांग बच्चा काशीपुर के एक पार्क में बैठा था. इसी बीच चाट की ठेली लगाने वाले काजीबाग काशीपुर के 50 वर्षीय विनोद प्रसाद बालक को बहला फुसलाकर अपने साथ ले गया और कुकर्म की कोशिश की. इसी बीच वहां से गुजर रही महिला ने बच्चे की चीख सुनी और मौके पर पहुंचकर शोर मचा दिया, जिसके बाद अभियुक्त वहां से फरार हो गया. इस वारदात के बाद इसकी जानकारी बच्चे के परिजनों को दी गई.
काशीपुर कोतवाली में दर्ज हुआ था अभियुक्त विनोद के खिलाफ मुकदमा
लोगों से मिली सूचना के बाद बच्चे के माता-पिता वहां पहुंचे. उन्होंने फौरन इसकी सूचना पुलिस को दी. पुलिस ने सूचना के बाद बच्चे को सरकारी अस्पताल भेजकर मेडिकल कराया था. परिजनों ने इस वारदात को लेकर पुलिस को तहरीर दी थी, जिस पर काशीपुर कोतवाली में अभियुक्त विनोद के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया था. इसके बाद पुलिस ने अभियुक्त विनोद को 13 सितंबर 2017 को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया था. मामले की सुनवाई पॉक्सो न्यायाधीश रीना नेगी के कोर्ट में चली. कोर्ट के सामने सहायक जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता विकास गुप्ता ने 8 गवाह पेश कर विनोद पर आरोप सिद्ध कर दिया.

शुक्रवार को पॉक्सो न्यायाधीश ने अभियुक्त विनोद को 7 साल के कठोर कारावास की सजा सुनाई. इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने अभियुक्त पर लगाए गए 25 हजार रुपये के जुर्माने की धनराशि में से 90 फीसदी धनराशि पीड़ित को देने का आदेश दिया है.
