देहरादून। धामी सरकार वित्तीय वर्ष 2022-23 के बजट का निर्माण जन सहभागिता से करेगी। इसके लिए गढ़वाल और कुमाऊं मंडलों में प्रतिनिधि समूहों से वार्ता कर सुझाव लिए जाएंगे। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी और वित्त मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल उपस्थित रहेंगे।
वित्त मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल ने बताया कि प्री बजट स्टेक होल्डर्स कंसल्टेशन के अंतर्गत बजट निर्माण के लिए संवाद कार्यक्रम होगा। सरकार चाहती है कि बजट में आम जन की भावना झलके। उनकी इच्छा के अनुरूप कल्याणकारी योजनाओं को नए बजट में शामिल किया जाएगा।
उन्होंने बताया कि नैनीताल क्लब, नैनीताल में यह कार्यक्रम शनिवार शाम चार बजे होगा। इसमें मुख्यमंत्री भाग लेंगे। कार्यक्रम में कुमाऊं मंडल के होटल व रेस्तरां एसोसिएशन, टूर आपरेटर, ट्रेड एसोसिएशन, सिडकुल, डेयरी फेडरेशन, चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट से सुझाव लिए जाएंगे। जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष और महापौर को भी संवाद के लिए आमंत्रित किया गया है।
विभिन्न विभागों से बजट के बारे में प्रस्ताव मांगे
उन्होंने बताया कि नया बजट सबका साथ, सबका विकास, सबका विश्वास की भावना से बनाया जाएगा। इसमें राज्य के सुगम और दुर्गम इलाकों में निवासरत व्यक्तियों को लाभ देने पर विशेष जोर दिया जाएगा। इस अवसर पर बजट से संबंधित समस्त अधिकारी उपस्थित रहेंगे। वित्त विभाग की ओर से विभिन्न विभागों से बजट के बारे में प्रस्ताव मांगे गए हैं। गढ़वाल मंडल के लिए देहरादून में संवाद कार्यक्रम होगा।
स्टेक होल्डर के साथ प्री-बजट कंसल्टेशन शनिवार को
राज्य का बजट तैयार करने के लिए स्टेक होल्डर के साथ प्री-बजट कंसल्टेशन शनिवार को नैनीताल में शुरू हो रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी नैनीताल क्लब में बजट पर संवाद कार्यक्रम में शामिल होंगे। इसमें आधा दर्जन विभागाध्यक्ष या अपर सचिव भाग ले रहे हैं। वित्त मंत्री प्रेमचंद्र अग्रवाल भी इसमें शामिल होंगे। मुख्यमंत्री नैनीताल क्लब में रात्रि विश्राम करेंगे।
