देहरादून। उत्तराखंड में प्रतिवर्ष उत्कृष्ट पत्रकारिता के लिए दिए जाने वाले प्रतिष्ठित सम्मान चारुचंद्र चंदोला से वरिष्ठ पत्रकार जितेन्द्र अंथवाल और विकास गुसाईं नवाजे गये। दोनों ही पत्रकारों को यह सम्मान उनकी उल्लेखनीय पत्रकारिता व जनसहभागिता के लिए दिया गया। वरिष्ठ पत्रकार जितेन्द्र अथंवाल वर्तमान में उत्तराचंल प्रेस क्लब के अध्यक्ष हैं व पंजाब केसरी/नवोदय टाइम्स में अपनी सेवाएं दे रहे हैं। वहीं, वरिष्ठ पत्रकार विकास गुसाईं दैनिक जागरण में अपनी सेवाएं दे रहे हैं।
उत्तरांचल प्रेस क्लब के अध्यक्ष हैं जितेंद्र अंथवाल
वरिष्ठ पत्रकार जितेन्द्र अथंवाल ने 29 सितंबर 1993 को पत्रकारिता में कदम रखा था। पत्रकारिता की शुरुआत उन्होंने दून दर्पण से की। जिसके बाद हिमालय दर्पण, ईरम न्यूज (केबल नेटवर्क के जरिए प्रसारित उत्तराखंड की पहली टीवी न्यूज), दैनिक जागरण, वैली मेल, अमर उजाला (करीब 14 साल), समाचार प्लस समूह, डीडी देहरादून से होते हुए अब पंजाब केसरी/नवोदय टाइम्स में यह सफर लगातार जारी है। वरिष्ठ पत्रकार जितेन्द्र अथंवाल ने उत्तराखंड आंदोलन को आगाज़ से अंजाम तक समूचा कवर किया और पत्रकारिता के साथ-साथ आंदोलन में सीधे तौर पर कभी प्रत्यक्ष-कभी परोक्ष भागीदारी की। 2005 में पहली बार प्रेस क्लब महामंत्री के तौर पर राजधानी में सचिवालय कांड के विरोध में 12 दिन तक चले पत्रकारों के अब तक के सबसे बड़े और लंबे आंदोलन को लीड किया। कोविड कि खिलाफ जंग में 2020 और 21 में पत्रकारों और जनसहभागिता का मॉडल विकसित कर ‘मिलकर लड़ेंगे ये जंग‘ नाम से मुहिम को संचालित किया।
दैनिक जागरण में कार्यरत हैं वरिष्ठ पत्रकार विकास गुसाईं
वरिष्ठ पत्रकार विकास गुसाईं को पत्रकारिता करते हुए 18 वर्ष से अधिक का समय हो गया है। उन्होने अपनी पत्रकारिता की शुरूआत हिमाचल टाइम्स से की। जिसके बाद वह राष्ट्रीय समाचार पत्र दैनिक जागरण से जुड़ गये। आज उन्हें दैनिक जागरण के जुड़े हुए 17 वर्ष का समय हो गया है। वरिष्ठ पत्रकार विकास गुसाईं ने अपनी धारधार लेखनी के जरिए जनहित से जुड़े मुददों को प्रमुखता से उठाया। इसके साथ ही अपने खबरों के जरिए तंत्र में छिपे भ्रष्टाचार, घपले-घोटालों को उजागर करने का काम किया।
गौरतलब है कि स्व. चारुचंद्र चंदोला स्मृति समिति पत्रकारों और समाज में उल्लेखनीय कार्य करती है। चारुचंद्र चंदोला उत्तराखंड के खांटी पत्रकार और साहित्यकार थे। उन्होंने 1958 में मुंबई में टाइम्स आफ इंडिया से पत्रकारिता की शुरुआत की और इसके बाद लगभग 50 साल तक युगवाणी से जुड़े रहे। उन्होंने अमर उजाला, आज समेत कई प्रमुख समाचार पत्र-प़़त्रिकाओं में कार्यरत रहे। उन्होंने कई कविता संग्रह और कहानियां लिखीं।
