MCD अब आपके घर से गीला और सूखा कूड़ा अलग-अलग देने पर ही उठाएगी, जानें कब से लागू होंगे यह नियम

नई दिल्ली. दिल्ली में आपके घर से कूड़ा (Garbage) उठाने को लेकर एमसीडी (MCD) ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है. नॉर्थ एमसीडी (North MCD) ने फैसला किया है कि अब 1 नवंबर 2021 से गीला और सूखा कूड़ा (Wet and Dry waste) अलग-अलग लिया जाएगा. अगर आपने गीला और सूखा कूड़ा अलग-अलग कर कूड़े वाले को नहीं दिया तो आपका कूड़ा घर में ही रहेगा. नार्थ एमसीडी ने फैसला किया है कि अब किसी भी हालत में नहीं उठाएगा. बता दें पिछले दिनों पहाड़ जैसी समस्या से निपटने के लिए नगर निगम ने एक अनोखा तरीका अपनाने का फैसला किया था. गीला और सूखा कूड़ा अगर अलग कर नहीं डालने पर आप या आपकी सोसायटी पर 100 रुपए से 10 हजार रुपए का जुर्माना लगाने का फैसला किया था.
बता दें कि 31 दिसंबर 2021 तक नॉर्थ एमसीडी के सभी 104 वार्डों में गीले और सूखे कूड़े की छटाई शत-प्रतिशत करने की डेडलाइन तय की गई है. इस दौरान अगर किसी वार्ड या एरिया में गीला और सूखा कूड़ा अलग-अलग नहीं किया जाता है तो इसके लिए डेम्स विभाग के इंजीनियर और सैनिट्री सुपरवाइजरों की जिम्मेदार माना जाएगा.

पिछले कई दिनों से सूखा और गीला अलग-अलग देने को लेकर एमसीडी की तरफ से कवायद चल रही थी. कुछ दिन पहले ही पूर्वी दिल्ली नगर निगम ने यह नियम 2 अक्टूबर से उद्योगों पर और अगले साल 1 जनवरी से हाउसिंग सोसायटी पर लागू करेगी.
सूखा और गीला मिक्स कर देने से क्या होता है?
एमसीडी अधिकारियों का कहना है कि लोग इसे गंभीरता से नहीं लेते हैं. अभी भी ज्यादातर वार्डों और कॉलोनियों में लोग गीला और सूखा कूड़ा मिक्स करके ही देते हैं. यही कूड़ा प्लांट में प्रोसेस के लिए जाता है और उसमें काफी वक्त लगता है. एक अनुमान के मुताबिक रोजाना नॉर्थ एमसीडी इलाके 60 प्रतिशत गीला कूड़ा और 40 प्रतिशत कूड़ा एमसीडी उठाती है.

नगर निगम ने अब जुर्माना लगाना शुरू कर दिया है
हाल ही में एमसीडी द्वारा दिल्ली के कई सोसायटीज को गीला और सूखा कूड़ा अलग कर डालने की शिकायत पर जुर्माने का नोटिस भेजा गया है. जबकि, इन सोसायटीज में रहने वाले लोगों का कहना है कि उनके पास जगह नहीं होती है कि वह गीला और सूखा कचरा अलग रखें.

एमसीडी दिल्ली के कई अपार्टमेंट और सोसायटीज को इस सिलसिले में नोटिस भेज रही है. इस नियम के तहत गीला और सूखा कूड़ा अलग-अलग न देने पर घरेलू उपभोक्ता पर भी 200 रुपए का जुर्माना लगेगा. वहीं, 5000 स्क्वायर फुट तक में बने मैरिज हॉल, मल्टीप्लेक्स, हॉल पर 10000 रुपए का जुर्माना लगेगा.
