नई दिल्ली. इस साल त्योहारों के मौसम में खतरनाक ड्राइविंग करना (Dangerous Driving) या ट्रैफिक नियमों को तोड़ना (Traffic Violation) आपको और महंगा पड़ने वाला है. खासकर 2 नवंबर धरतेरस (Dhanteras) के दिन और 4 नवंबर को दिवाली (Diwali) के दिन आप सड़क पर गाड़ी सावधानी से चलाएं. क्योंकि, देश में नया मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट (Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 2019) लागू होने के बाद जुर्माना का राशि पहले की तुलना में कई गुना ज्यादा हो गया है. नए मोटर वाहन अधिनियम 2019 के नियम, जुर्माना राशि (Penalty), चालान के बारे में काफी बदलाव किए गए हैं. बता दें कि नए मोटर कानून में सड़क हादसों को रोकने के लिए ठोस प्रावधान किए गए हैं. ट्रैफिक नियम तोड़ने पर जुर्माने को और कड़ा किया गया है. साथ ही ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (DL) सहित आरसी (RC) और गाड़ी इंश्योरेंस (Motor Insurance) जैसे नियमों में भी बड़े बदलाव किए गए हैं.
इस एक्ट के लागू हो जाने के बाद आपकी छोटी सी एक गलती भी आपके ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस को रद्द करने के लिए काफी होगी. इसलिए वाहन चलाते समय इन पांच बातों को विशेष तौर पर ध्यान रखना होगा. खतरनाक तरीके से या फिर शराब पीकर गाड़ी चलाने पर पहले की तुलना में भारी जुर्माना वसूला जा रहा है.
पहले ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस एक्सपायर होने पर भी लोग गाड़ी चलाते थे, लेकिन अब इसके लिए नियम कड़े कर दिए गए हैं.

इस तरह भी रद्द हो सकता आपका ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस
नए नियमों के मुताबिक, पुलिस या यातायात अधिकारी के साथ खराब व्यवहार, गाड़ी नहीं रोकने, ट्रक के केबिन में सवारी बैठाने को खराब बर्ताव माना जाएगा. ऐसा पाए जाने पर ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस सस्पेंड या रद्द किया जा सकता है. साथ ही जुर्माना भी लगाया जा सकता है. सड़क परिवहन व राजमार्ग मंत्रायल की ओर से अधिसूचित नए नियमों के मुताबिक बस, टैक्सी में ज्यादा सवारी बैठना, सवारी के साथ दुर्व्यवहार, स्टॉप पर नहीं उतारना, बस चलाते हुए धूम्रपान करना, शराब पीकर गाड़ी चलाना, बेवजह वाहन धीरे चलाना, बस में सिगरेट पीना अब ड्राइवर को महंगा पड़ेगा.
