अब सप्ताह में छह दिन चलेगी दून-पिथौरागढ़ हेली सेवा
इलेक्शन में व्यस्तता के बीच एक्शन मोड में हैं मुख्यमंत्री धामी
चुनाव के बहाने मूलभूत समस्याओं से बच रहे अधिकारियों में मचा हड़कंप
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी बिना रुके, बिना थके जनता की समस्याओं के निदान को एक्शन मोड में दिखते नजर आ रहे हैं। इसकी शुरुआत मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने ‘वनाग्नि रोकथाम’ की बैठक लेते हुए वन विभाग के अधिकारियों से दो टूक कहा कि वनाग्नि की घटनाओं पर सम्बंधित अधिकारी की जिम्मेदारी तय की जाएगी। दूसरी ओर, केंद्र सरकार के सहयोग से मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी द्वारा कुछ समय पहले शुभारंभ की गई बहुप्रतीक्षित पिथौरागढ़-देहरादून हवाई सेवा की उड़ान का विस्तार करते हुए सप्ताह में 6 दिन कर दिया गया है। पहले यह उड़ान केवल 3 दिन के लिए ही थी।
इस हवाई सेवा से स्थानीय लोगों को आवागमन में और अधिक सुविधा उपलब्ध होने के साथ ही सीमांत क्षेत्र के पर्यटन को भी विस्तार मिलेगा व स्थानीय लोगों की आजीविका में भी वृद्धि होगी। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी इसके साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री ने जल्द चारधाम यात्रा, पेयजल व्यवस्था और मानसून से निपटने की तैयारी को लेकर बैठक लेने के संकेत दिए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी करीब 35 दिन तक इलेक्शन मोड में रहने के बाद शनिवार से फिर एक्शन मोड में आ गए हैं। इससे करीब सवा माह से चुनाव तैयारी के बहाने जनता की मूलभूत समस्याओं से बच रहे अधिकारियों में हड़कंप मचा है।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कुमाऊं भ्रमण से देहरादून पहुंचते ही सबसे पहले वनाग्नि रोकथाम को लेकर शासकीय आवास में वनाग्नि रोकथाम से जुड़े राज्य, जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों एवं एजेंसियों के साथ बैठक ली। मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि गर्मियों के चार माह वनाग्नि की घटनाओं के कारण राज्य के लिए बड़े चुनौती वाले हैं। ऐसे में राज्य से लेकर जिला स्तर पर नोडल अफसर माइक्रोप्लान बनाकर अभी से वनागिन रोकथाम की योजना पर प्रभावी ढंग से काम करना शुरु कर दें। अधिकारी प्राथमिकता में ये तय कर लें कि पहले तो वनाग्नि की कोई घटना न घटे, यदि कहीं सूचना मिलती तो तत्काल जिम्मेदारी के साथ रोकथाम के कदम उठाएं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने यह भी निर्देश दिए कि सभी जिलों में प्रभारी वनाधिकारी के स्तर पर नोडल अधिकारी नामित किए जाएं। इसके अलावा हेल्पलाइन नम्बर तथा टोल फ्री नंबर जारी कर, उनका व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार करते हुए लोगों में जागरूकता लाई जाये। मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि वनाग्नि की रोकथाम के लिए वन विभाग, एजेंसी के साथ ही स्थानीय लोगों, जन-प्रतिनिधियों, वन पंचायतों आदि का भी सहयोग लें। इधर, मुख्यमंत्री धामी के मतदान संपन्न होते ही एक्शन में आने से सुस्त गति से काम करने वाले अधिकारी खासे असहज दिख रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने साफ कहा कि जनता की हर समस्या का निदान समय पर करें। इसमें किसी भी तरह की कोताही बर्दाश्त नहीं होगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि वह बैठक में पूरी तैयारी के साथ आएं और अधीनस्थों को भी चुनावी व्यस्तता से बाहर लाकर रूटीन के काम मे जुटने के निर्देश दें। विषम भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों एवं आपदा संभावित इस राज्य में सरकारी मशीनरी को 24×7 सजग रहकर जन सरोकारों से जुड़े विषयों एवं उनके निराकरण को तत्पर रहकर निष्पादित करना चाहिए।
