Pollution In NCR: खतरनाक बीमारियों की चपेट में आते जा रहे हैं लोग, मरीजों की संख्या में हो रहा रिकॉर्ड इजाफा

मेरठ. हमेशा की तरह एक बार फिर एनसीआर प्रदूषण की चपेट में आ चुका है और आंकड़ा इतनी तेजी से बढ़ रहा है कि शहरवासियों को सांसों संबंधी दिक्ककत होने लगी है. आंकड़ों के अनुसार लगातार बढ़ते प्रदूषण के कारण सांस संबंधी बीमारियों के मरीज़ों में भारी इज़ाफा हुआ है. ख़ासतौर से सीओपीडी Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease के मरीज़ों की संख्या में रिकॉर्ड इजाफा हुआ है सरकारी स्तर पर जो यह समस्या कब हल होगी यह नहीं कह सकते, लेकिन डॉक्टर्स के अनुसार लोगों को अपने स्वास्थ्य का स्वयं ही ध्यान रखना होगा. डॉक्टर्स का कहना है कि लोगों को वायु प्रदूषण से बचने के लिए ख़ुद पर नियंत्रण करना होगा. घरों से कम निकलना होगा साथ ही अगर किसी ज़रुरी कार्य से बाहर जाना भी पडे़ तो मास्क अवश्य लगा होना चाहिए.
एनसीआर में खतरे के पार प्रदूषण का स्तर
विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार एनसीआर में ख़तरनाक स्तर पर चल रहा वायु प्रदूषण अब लोगों की सेहत पर हमला कर रहा है. ख़ासतौर से सांस के मरीज़ों की संख्या में लगातार वृद्धि हो रही है. सामान्य सांस के रोगियों के साथ साथ सीओपीडी यानि Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease के केसेज़ में रिकॉर्ड बढ़ोत्तरी हो रही है.
छोटे बच्चों को भी हो रही सीओपीडी की समस्या
डॉक्टर्स का कहना है कि सीओपीडी सांस संबंधी बीमारी है और ये बीमारी अब बिना धुम्रपान वालों को भी अपनी चपेट में ले रही है. इसका बड़ा कारण वायु प्रदूषण है. पहले ये बीमारी साठ वर्ष से उपर वाले लोगों को होती थी. लेकिन अब छोटे छोटे बच्चों में भी ऐसी बीमारी देखने को मिल रही है. डॉक्टरों का कहना है कि विश्व की सबसे घातक बीमारियों में सीओपीडी का नाम आता है.
कचरा जलाने पर लग रहा जुर्माना
मेरठ ज़िला प्रशासन वायु प्रदूषण की रोकथाम को लेकर कूड़ा जलाने वालों पर भी जुर्माना लगा रहा है. डीएम ने बताया कि नगर निगम और कैंट बोर्ड पर भी जुर्माना लगाया है. नगर निगम पर तो पच्चीस हज़ार का जुर्माना लगाया गया है. यही नहीं उन्होंने बताया कि काला धुआं उगलने वाली दो फैक्ट्रीज़ को सील किया गया है. हालांकि डीएम का कहना है कि एनसीआर के अन्य जनपदों की तुलना में मेरठ का एक्यूआई कम है. डीएम ने बताया कि मेरठ नगर निगम लगातार पानी का छिड़काव भी करा रहा है.
मास्क सबसे बेहतर सॉल्युशन
लगातार बढ़ रहे प्रदूषण से बचने के लिए डॉक्टर्स नियमित रूप से मास्क लगाने की सलाह दे रहे हैं मास्क लगाने से काफी हद तक सांस संबंधी समस्याओं से बचा जा सकता है. डॉक्टर्स बेहद हाईटेक तरीके से सीओपीडी के मरीज़ों को ट्रीट कर रहे हैं.
मेरठ में एक्यूआई 300 पार
गौरतलब है कि मेरठ सहित समूचे एनसीआर का वायु शुद्धता मानक लगातार ख़तरनाक स्तर पर बना हुआ है. मेरठ में एक्यूआई 300 पार चल रहा है तो वहीं बागपत का एक्यूआई 308 बुलंदशहर 308 गाज़ियाबाद का एक्यूआई 355 हापुड़ का एक्यूआई 270 मुरादाबाद का एक्यूआई 302 जबकि मुज़फ्फरनगर का एक्यूआई 318 है.
गौरतलब है कि प्रदूषण नियंत्रण विभाग एयर क्वॉलिटी इंडेक्स को जीरो से 500 तक नापता है. जीरो से 50 एक्यूआई तक हवा अच्छी मानी जाती है और इसे सेहत के नजरिए से ग्र्रीन जोन में माना जाता है. 51 से 100 के बीच येलो जोन आता है. एक्यूआई 150 के पार होने पर ऑरेंज जोन में कहा जाता है. इसका अर्थ है कि हवा बुजुर्गों और बीमारों के लिए ठीक नहीं है. एक्यूआई 151 से 200 के बीच रेड जोन में आता है. जब एक्यूआई 201 से 300 के बीच हो तो सेहत के लिए खतरा बढ़ जाता है. एक्यूआई 301 के पार जाने पर इसे सेहत की दृष्टि से हेल्थ इमरजेंसी की श्रेणी में माना जाता है.
