नई दिल्ली: कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी (Rahul Gandhi) ने भूटान (Bhutan) और चीन (China) के बीच सीमा विवाद सुलझाने के लिए बनी सहमति की पृष्ठभूमि में शुक्रवार को केंद्र सरकार पर निशाना साधा और आरोप लगाया कि मित्रों को खोना ही इस सरकार की विदेश नीति है. उन्होंने भूटान और चीन के बीच बनी सहमति संबंधी एक खबर साझा करते हुए ट्वीट किया, भारत सरकार की विदेश नीति: मित्रों को कैसे खोना है और किसी पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं डालना है.
भूटान ने बृहस्पतिवार को घोषणा की थी कि उसने चीन के साथ काफी समय से लंबित सीमा विवाद को सुलझाने के लिये ‘तीन चरणों के खाके’ पर सहमति व्यक्त की है और इस घटनाक्रम पर भारत ने कहा कि उसने इस पर संज्ञान लिया है.
इस संबंध में भूटान और चीन के बीच समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर हुए हैं . चार वर्ष पहले डोकलाम क्षेत्र में भारत और चीन के बीच 73 दिनों तक गतिरोध कायम रहा था, जब चीन ने इस क्षेत्र में सड़क का विस्तार करने का प्रयास किया था .
इस पर भारतीय विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता अरिंदम बागची ने संवाददाताओं से कहा था, ‘हमने आज भूटान और चीन के बीच समझौता ज्ञापन (एमओयू) पर हस्ताक्षर होने पर संज्ञान लिया है. हमें इसकी जानकारी मिली है. उन्होंने कहा था कि आपको पता है कि भूटान और चीन आपस में 1984 से सीमा वार्ता कर रहे हैं और इसी प्रकार से भारत भी चीन के साथ सीमा वार्ता कर रहा है.
