वनाग्नि घटना की सूचना मिलते ही, तुरंत कार्यवाई की जाये
जिस क्षेत्र में भी वनाग्नि की घटनायें घटित होती हैं, उसके लिये सम्बंधित अधिकारी की जिम्मेदारी तय हो
प्रभागीय वनाधिकारियों के साथ वनाग्नि की रोकथाम के सम्बन्ध में आयोजित हुई बैठक
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शनिवार को मुख्यमंत्री आवास में प्रभागीय वनाधिकारियों के साथ वनाग्नि की रोकथाम के सम्बन्ध में वर्चुअल बैठक की। मुख्यमंत्री ने बैठक में कहा कि गर्मियों के चार महीने वनाग्नि की दृष्टि से हमारे लिये चुनौतीपूर्ण होते हैं। इन महीनों में अधिक से अधिक सतर्क रहते हुये पूरा प्रयास किया जाए कि वनाग्नि की घटनायें न के बराबर हों । उन्होंने कहा कि जैसे ही वनाग्नि घटना की सूचना मिलती है,उस पर तुरंत कार्यवाई होनी चाहिए तथा जिसका रिस्पॉन्स टाइम कम से कम होना चाहिए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को वनाग्नि की रोकथाम के सम्बन्ध में निर्देश दिये कि स्थानीय स्तर पर प्रभारी वनाधिकारी के स्तर पर नोडल अधिकारी नामित किया जाये, हेल्पलाइन नम्बर तथा टोल फ्री नंबर जारी करते हुए, उनका व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार करते हुए लोगों में जागरूकता लाई जाये l मुख्यमंत्री ने ये भी निर्देश दिये कि वनाग्नि की रोकथाम के लिए सभी सम्बंधित विभाग आपसी तालमेल स्थापित करना सुनिश्चित करें तथा इस कार्य में स्थानीय लोगों, जन-प्रतिनिधियों, ग्राम प्रधानों आदि का भी सहयोग लिया जाये।
मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि जिस क्षेत्र में भी वनाग्नि की घटनाये घटित होती हैं, उसके लिये सम्बंधित अधिकारी की जिम्मेदारी तय होनी चाहिए l उन्होंने निर्देश दिये कि जानबूझ कर अगर कोई वनों में आग लगाने की घटना में लिप्त पाया जाता है, तो उसके खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही की जाये। बैठक में पिरुल का उपयोग किये जाने तथा आबादी क्षेत्रों में बंदरों के आवागमन को रोकने पर भी विस्तृत विचार-विमर्श हुआ l
बैठक में प्रमुख सचिव आर. के.सुधांशु ने प्रस्तुतीकरण के माध्यम से मुख्यमंत्री को राज्य का कुल कितना क्षेत्र वनों से ढका है, कौन-कौन से वन क्षेत्र अति संवेदनशील व संवेदनशील हैं तथा आग लगने की घटनाओं की रोकथाम के लिये क्या-क्या उपाय किये जा रहे हैं आदि के सम्बन्ध में विस्तार से जानकारी दी।
इस अवसर पर प्रमुख वन संरक्षक डॉo अनूप मालिक, प्रमुख वन संरक्षक (पंचायत) डॉo धनंजय मोहन, विशेष सचिव डॉo मधुकर धकाते सहित वर्चुअल रूप से सभी वनाधिकारी तथा सम्बंधित अधिकारीगण उपस्थित रहे ।
